- All interested vendors, for your bid to be considered submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation, along with an up-to-date SAMs registration.
- All interested vendors who submit a bid to the contact listed in this posting for your bid to be considered.
- It is not the responsibility of the Contract Specialist to follow up with what the vendor is missing upon submission.
- All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices of at least 2 are required from either private or public institutions of these products.
- Refer to the Description/ Specifications/ Statement of work page for product information and salient characteristics of this RFQ for details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation.
- Only offers for ALL requirements will be considered.
All responses must be received by July 28th at 08:00 AM eastern standard time.
