Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid Installing a infrared heating system at the Concourse Maintenance Facility, DC heaters at RTO/3rd rail crew facility and master tower, and new AC heaters in a storage building. Installing new steam boilers (2) at the Coney Island Pneumatic Shop. Completing façade brick repair and replacement at the Coney Island Boiler House.
