Bid Description:
You are invited to submit a bid for the 575 Dorset St. Fire Station #1 Building Sprinkler Installation in the City of South Burlington. All bids shall be accepted by, Deputy Fire Chief Chris Corbin via email ccorbin@southburlingtonvt.gov or paper submissions will be accepted at the Fire Station, 575 Dorset St., South Burlington, VT 05403, attention Deputy Fire Chief Chris Corbin prior to 4:00 p.m. on October 2, 2025.

This proposal involves a water flow/capacity feasibility study to ensure the new building sprinkler design parameters can be met connecting to the existing water system. The proposed feasibility study and building sprinkler design documents shall be reviewed and approved by the State of Vermont as they have the authority to require construction documents for all fire protection systems. Following approval of the feasibility study, the project will include the installation of all sprinkler system components.
