Project Description: The City of Waco is issuing this RFP to obtain a qualified partner for aquatics operations and management services in a community facility for all ages. The successful vendor will enter into an operational and management agreement with the City of Waco that outlines the scope of services, performance measures, and payment. It is the City’s intention that the Doris Miller Community Center indoor pool will be operated in a professional and fiscally responsible manner consistent with industry best practices and within all applicable laws and ordinances.
