Doral Central Park Warehouse Asphalt Placement (Purchase under $50,000)

The project consists of preparing the existing area, placing and compacting approximately 7,300 square feet of lime rock, and installing a new asphalt pavement in accordance with industry standards. The purpose of this project is to improve the functionality, durability, and accessibility of the warehouse yard by providing a stable, all weather surface capable of supporting daily maintenance operations and City vehicles. All work shall be performed in a safe and timely manner while minimizing disruption to park operations. Contractors shall be responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting (if required), traffic control, site cleanup, and restoration of disturbed areas
