Doors & Hardware for PineBush Bldg

The University at Albany is looking to procure materials only to replace 211 doors and
miscellaneous new frames for Pine Bush on the uptown campus. The successful vendor will
supply new steel doors, hinges, Sargent mortise locks, Von Duprin Crash bars, door closers,
door whips, kick plates, miscellaneous hardware and doors stops. Please see attached list of
materials, doors schedules along with door and hardware specifications. There is no substation
for the Sargent, Von Duprin or Medico housings. All other door hardware is to be supplied as
specified or an approved equal. The successful vendor will be responsible for all field
measurements of all 211 doors and miscellaneous frames, the manufacturing and the prep on
the doors to accept all hardware. Including mortise lock and cylinder prep, hinges, wire pathway for door whips and electric mortise lock wiring. All doors need to be delivered the week of June 23rd, 2025. Doors shall be palletized by floor, and by material (wood, metal). The quantity of material is broken further in this document.
