This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”): The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (SHA) is requesting bids for a contractor to provide preventative maintenance service and repairs to the overhead doors and entrance doors at SHA facilities in Charles County Maryland. Pricing for this work shall be firm-fixed price for the preventative maintenance work as described herein, and time and material pricing for repairs and emergency services.
