3. The installation of new window kits in the wooden

classroom doors at Morgan School

• The Holyoke School Department is soliciting quotes for the removal and

replacement of the existing doors and hardware at Holyoke High School, 500

Beech Street, Holyoke, MA 01040, and Morgan School, 596 South Bridge Street,

Holyoke, MA 01040. Remove and install new doors and hardware at HHS at door

number 16. The removal of old closet doors and the installation of new doors and

hardware at Morgan in the hallway. The installation of new window kits in the

wooden classroom doors at Morgan.

● Documents will be available electronically starting July 1st, 10:00 am, at

morrowj@holyoke.org

● Electronic submissions will be accepted at morrowj@holyoke.org no later

than July 21st, 2:00 pm.

● Non-Mandatory but highly recommended, a pre-bid walkthrough will be

held on July 10th at 12:00 pm. Holyoke High School first, then on to

Morgan School.

All work is expected to be neat, clean, and in a professional workman-like manner.

The job site will be left clean and free of debris generated from this project. Any

dust and/or debris must be cleaned, and there will be no exceptions.
