Door Hardware, Key Blanks, and Locksmith Services

Project Description: The City of Dallas (“City”) is soliciting bids to establish a three (3) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) citywide master agreement for door hardware, key blanks, and locksmith services that will extend to all departments across the City. Awarded vendor(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and permits if applicable, necessary to fully provide all goods and/or services in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions set for the City on an as needed basis. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
