The Work consists of the following:

Donahoe Elementary School – Replacement of six (6) existing outside air units serving the school. The project is located at 1801 Graves Road, Sandston, VA 23150.

Elko Middle School – Replacement of three (3) existing air handling units serving the school. The project is located at 5901 Elko Road, Sandston, VA 23150.

Oak Avenue Complex – Replacement of one (1) existing packaged rooftop unit serving the school. The project is located at 15 S Oak Avenue, Richmond, VA 23075.
