Domestic Water Entrance Replacement - Bldg. A

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Gwinnett Technical College (GTC) for their Domestic Water Entrance Replacement ¿ Bldg. A project at their Lawrenceville Campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project.

Gwinnett Technical College ¿ Lawrenceville Campus is located at 5150 Sugarloaf Parkway Lawrenceville, Georgia 30043. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project scope of work is attached to the bid event. Contractor hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform all work in accordance with the bidding documents. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Gwinnett Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Campus on December 15, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in the lobby of Building A. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
