Salem State University (Awarding Authority) is inviting electronic proposals
for project SSU 2026-13 Domestic Hot Water Heater Replacement
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A (2) (B) and to minimum wage rates
as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
Request plans and specifications and send questions to Reynaldo Ramos,
Assistant Vice President of Purchasing and Auxiliary Services email to

General bids due: Wednesday May 27, 2026, by 10:00am.
General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five
