DOLLE BUILDING INTERIOR WINDOW FILM PROJECT

General Information:

The project consists of the installation of 3M™ Scotchshield™ Safety and Security Window Film Ultra S800 or equivalent on one hundred thirty (130) interior surfaces of the exterior windows. Installation will be on the first floor of the Dolle Building to provide better security for the occupants in the building.

Opening Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
Pre-Bid Conference:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 10:00 am.
Attendees shall meet in the main lobby of the building located at 500 W 8th Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
