DCAMM Certification in General Building Construction and an Update Statement are required on this bid.

A Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held for all interested parties on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at The Doherty Middle School, 50 Bartlet St., Andover, MA 01810.  Meet at the front entrance to the building.

Bid Documents may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
