DOH59579 - BPHL-SFY26-SY27 Medical Specimen and Specimen Supply Courier Services Vendor

The ODH Bureau of Public Health Laboratory (BPHL) assist with disease diagnosis, environmental surveillance, and epidemiological support by processing/testing specimens/samples for local public health jurisdictions, clinics, hospitals, and other state agencies. Tests performed on specimens/samples can be time and temperature sensitive and require a scheduled delivery time frame.

The objective is to provide courier service for transporting time sensitive specimens/samples for testing to the ODH Bureau of Public Health Laboratory (BPHL).

Inbound specimens are received at the ODH BPHL for processing.  Some test performed on specimens are time and temperature sensitive and require a scheduled delivery time frame.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000023231. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP #SRC0000023231/DOH55500 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP #SRC0000023231/DOH55500 - - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
