The MIDDLE-C project objective is to facilitate widespread community-level engagement, adoption & effective implementation of the 2023 MA Stretch & Specialized energy codes, & to support best practices & align with our community benefits plan to achieve nation-leading thermal performance in our new construction sectors. Achieving this objective requires integrated & coordinated deployment of a comprehensive set of tasks to accelerate the adoption of net-zero energy codes in a cold-climate zone.
