Document Storage Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Modesto, County of Stanislaus, State of California (“City”), will receive electronic sealed Bids (each, a “Bid”) from qualified Bidders (each, a “Bidder”) for the furnishing of Document Storage Services equipment, materials, supplies and/or related services (the “Services”) for the City of Modesto, Finance Department, Purchasing Division.

The City of Modesto must complete a formal bidding proposal to secure off-site storage for its documents. The selected Contractor should have the capacity to store approximately 4,000 boxes at the onset of the agreement. The City intends to add more boxes to the Contractor's facility during the agreement period as defined in the City Records Retention Policy. The Contractor must accommodate the additional boxes at the rates offered for the agreement term.
