The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with one qualified Supplier to install, maintain all equipment, and provide all signals necessary to receive and distribute local and satellite cable television signals to various Department of Corrections facilities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.To be considered for selection, Suppliers must submit a complete response to this RFP as described herein utilizing eVA, the Commonwealthâs electronic procurement system (âeVAâ), no later than 2:00 PM Eastern time on June 10, 2025.
