The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for site demolition, exterior improvements, earthwork, and utilities for an engineered post frame structure and housing production site at the Newton Correctional Facility (NCF), Iowa Prison Industries (IPI), Homes For Iowa (HFI) Facility Production Site, 307 S 60th Ave W, Newton, Iowa 50208. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and special construction (BP-01 and BP-03) have previously been awarded for this project.
