| Solicitation Document Description: |
This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto ("the City") to prospective Respondents to qualify for future eligibility to provide AI-assisted platform to pre-check building permit applications for application completeness and compliance with the building codes or zoning bylaws.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to support City of Toronto’s innovation through procuring services to establish a Prequalified Supplier List of up to five (5) qualified Suppliers who will be participating in the 2nd Stage of the solicitation process Negotiated Request for Proposal (nRFP) to present a Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) demonstrating public-facing AI-assisted platform and internal process support to re-check building permit applications for application completeness and compliance with the building codes or zoning bylaws. A top ranked preferred Supplier who will meet the City’s requirements would then be selected to implement a public-facing pilot in the City’s environment. |
