2025 969 FAW Wild Heritage Prairie Wetland

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the woody removal at Orwell Wildlife Management Area (WMA) that includes the cutting, piling, and burning trees and shrubs. Small trees and shrubs may be mowed or forestry mulched. All stumps three (3) inches in diameter and greater must be grubbed and hauled off-site

Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project.

Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
A Price Schedule in Excel (.xlsx) is attached to the Comments and Attachments of the Event. You must ‘download’ and save the Excel® Price Schedule to your desktop before you can begin filling in your offer and complete the Price Schedule. You must ‘upload/attach’ the completed Price Schedule Failure to do so will /may result in bid rejection.
