THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. All responses should be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. If portal system problems arise, contact the SWIFT vendor helpline at 651-201-8100 option 1.

The State of Minnesota (State) intends to have repair work done (repair, parts and service) to a 2022 CATERPILLAR 299D3XE.

The Contractor(s) must be able to provide repair, parts and service to a 2022 Caterpillar 299D3XE per specifications and the repair listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.

All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
