The Department of Natural Resources Office of Information Technology is seeking bids for the following items.  These will be installed in a conference/training room enviroment:

Three (3) 86" 3840 x 2160 UHD Commercial Lite LED backlit LCD TV - Black (Ashed Blue); three (3) X-Large Fusion Micro-Adjustable Fixed Wall Display Mount for the IT Operations Center Room in Building I. Each display will have an independent HDMI input mounted in the wall below. Users can connect their laptops directly to each display via the HDMI wall plates.

This system will not be capable of video matrix distribution, so a user laptop will only connect to a single display.

Any audio from laptop connections will be heard through the built-in display speakers.

Users will turn on/off displays via the included remotes.

Three (3) 15’ HDMI cables will be provided for laptop connections., three (3) HDMI Pass Through Single Gang Wall Plate and three (3) 25 foot HDMI cables.

Also include a maintenance agreement includes a preventative maintenance visit and ensure a technician is onsite within 7 days.  All audio/video maintenance issues are covered and all minor parts and cabling needed to ensure a working system is included in the contract price. This agreement covers the IT Operations Room and includes 1 preventative maintenance visit and up to 3 service calls per year.

Installation will need to take place Monday thru Friay  8AM to 5PM in a consecutive time period.

Any additional terms and conditions included on your quote will be reviewed by DAS legal office.
