The specifications listed in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) are for mature, 13-week-old or older, but not older than 22 weeks, fully feathered, fully flight capable, male rooster ring neck pheasants for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Wildlife (DOW). The mature male rooster ring neck pheasants are to be used for pheasant hunts at designated ODNR DOW locations. The ODNR DOW is requesting that bids be offered for ODNR released pheasants and Contractor released pheasants as detailed in the requirements of this solicitation.
