All responses should be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. If portal system problems arise, contact the SWIFT vendor helpline at 651-201-8100 option 1.
Purpose. The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure lodging space needed for January 9-12 and 16-19, 2025 within International Falls Minnesota for Academy 22 & 23 Snowmobile training, for approximately 50 attendees as detailed in attached pdf SAMPLE contract in section Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1.
Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event.
DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications.
All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event.
DNR will only issue one purchase order per vendor. Payment will be made after all items have been received and approved. No partial payments
