THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase live adult brood minnows, exact specifications are in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract attachment.

The Contractor(s) must be able to provide these items at a contracted rate to the location(s) listed in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract document.  The State reserves the right to use any bid that may result from this Solicitation.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to Denise Katchmark at  denise.katchmark@state.mn.us no later than May 7, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum attached within this bid request. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed may result in rejection of the response.
