Purpose. The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure meeting space with lodging, catering and AV equipment for up to 70 attendees, March 11 and 12, 2025, within 20 miles of 4805 Rice Lake Road, Duluth Minnesota 55803 per the specifications stated within attached pdf SAMPLE contract in section Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1.
Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible to review and comply with all requests that may be required in this event.
DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications.
All questions must be directed to the buyer listed on this event.
