THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase one (1) 90HP Mercury or DNR approved comparable outboard motor to be installed on a 2018 Clark Boat no later than June 30, 2025. This motor will be used for invasive carp monitoring, removal and early detection on major rivers throughout Minnesota. Contract Vendor must be within 100 miles of 1200 Warner Road, St. Paul, MN 55106

The Contractor(s) must be able to provide the canoes listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.

All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
