THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase fish food.
The Contractor(s) must be able to provide these items at a contracted rate to the location(s) listed in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract document, Exhibit C also has all of the specifications. The State reserves the right to use any bid that may result from this Solicitation.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to Denise Katchmark at denise.katchmark@state.mn.us no later than July 21, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum attached within this bid request. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed may result in rejection of the response.
