Description
Conservation Benefit Agreements (CBAs) are a new tool developed by the US Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) for actions that contribute to the conservation or recovery of covered species and results in issuance of an enhancement of survival permit under the federal Endangered Species Act (ESA) section 10a. The contractor will prepare a draft CBA in preparation for an enhancement of survival permit, in cooperation with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MNDNR) and in consultation with the USFWS.
