THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase an electrofishing box and adapters to be used for long-term monitoring on Lake Pepin and Pools 3-9 of the Mississippi River as well as to provide additional electrofishing capacity on other Lake City Area waters, and to assist with Invasive Carp monitoring and control efforts as needed.

The Contractor(s) must be able to provide the electrofishing box and generator listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to sheri.karpenko@state.mn.us no later than May 30, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
