THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to procure dashboard service of anonymous location data (ALD) for mobile device users within the polygons of at least 35 Minnesota lakes.

The Contractor(s) must be able to provide anonymous location data (ALD) for mobile device users within the polygons of at least 35 Minnesota lakes for a pilot study for an order at a contracted rate to the location and specifications listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
