1. Question: Is it correct that there would be no work on this project from April 1st

through October 15th?

Answer: Depending on the site the bat moratorium will be applicable, some will

not because some projects will utilize the WNC Bat Programmatic Biological

Opinion (PBO). This will be determined at the work order level.

2. Question: How would payment for the brush debris grinding and removal line

item be handled - does the price per cubic yard also include removal from site?

Answer: Yes, the price per cubic yard covers the cost of both hauls to temporary

stockpile sites and hauls to final waste locations.
