DMR Staging Site Material Deployment

INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) Office of Statewide Strategic Sourcing
(OSSS) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources
(MDMR) until 10:00 am CDT, Thursday, June 18, 2026, for the MDMR Staging Site Material
Deployment.
Detailed specifications and Invitation for Bids documents may be obtained by contacting April
Burns, IFB Coordinator, at OSSS@dfa.ms.gov, or by visiting www.dmr.ms.gov and/or the
Mississippi Procurement Portal at https://www.ms.gov/dfa/contract_bid_search.
Bids may be submitted by hand delivery or mailed to April Burns, IFB Coordinator, P O Box 267,
501 North West Street, Suite 1301-C Woolfolk Building, Jackson MS 39205, or through the
MAGIC Portal at: https://www.dfa.ms.gov/mississippi-suppliersvendors no later than 10:00 am
CDT, Thursday, June 18, 2026.
All bids should be clearly marked "MDMR Staging Site Material Deployment" and should
include RFx# 3160008051, the opening date, DFA's name and address.
The MDMR reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities.
