DLE Vessel Upgrades

NYSDEC is seeking bids from Vendors who have the ability to obtain and install a Multi-Sensory Marine Thermal Camera, Joystick, Multi-function Display, GPS Antenna, Multi-position Display Mount and necessary components and parts on a Division of Law Enforcement SAFE Boat. The Vendor/Contractor must send technician(s) to perform all services on-site at the vessel’s location in Jefferson County, NY.

Telegraphic or other electronically transferred bids will not be accepted.

Pursuant to the State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, this IFB includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and an Offerer during the procurement process. Offerers shall adhere to the NYS DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION GUIDELINES REGARDING PERMISSIBLE CONTACTS DURING A PROCUREMENT AND THE PROHIBITION OF INAPPROPRIATE LOBBYING INFLUENCE.
