DLCC 2026 Security Camera Installation + Equipment

SCOPE: Purchase and install new and replacement cameras and related equipment for the
David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Follow all building rules and ensure labor harmony
during installation. Provide 5-year camera warranties and 1- year labor warranty on all
installations and other equipment. Camera alternates to scope can be specified as alternates,
but please quote camera specified. Please line item each camera section (camera cost,
installation labor, misc.) All work should be completed prior to December 31, 2026. Please
remember that the SEA has MBE/WBE goals. quotes are due November 3, 2026 by 12pm.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-quote meeting and site walkthrough held at the David L.
Lawrence Convention Center at 11AM on Monday, October 26, 2026, meet in the East Lobby of
the Convention Center. Questions for this project must be submitted in writing to Steve Morrison
(procurement@pgh-sea.com) no later than 12pm on October 29, 2026.
For each camera listed below, the successful bidder will be responsible for the purchase and
installation of the indicated camera type, including any new cabling or re-termination of existing
cables being reused. All cabling installed or repurposed in the security rack must be labeled.
The bidder should include any necessary mounting hardware and miscellaneous supplies
needed with each camera, including any needed patch cables (or hi POE injectors.) Each
camera must be programmed with an owner provided IP address, and the view must be
accepted by the owner prior to project completion.
Timeline:

* 11/3/26 12pm - Last day to submit quotes

hardware.
2. Install new cable, conduit and junction boxes as needed.
3. Use a DITEK DTIK-MRJPOES POE surge protector w/ grounding clamp.
4. Purchase two 1 year Genetec camera licenses from Dagastino (our existing Genetec
supplier.)
5. Camera mounting and views must be approved.
6. Existing cable can be jacked in line (in a junction box,) or used as a pull cable.

hardware.
