Contract Opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency has issued a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) long-term, strategic contract which will include multiple NSNs and FSCs to support the CONUS Industrial Gas & Cylinder recompete. A total of 744 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that 375 will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively.

The proposed contract will consist of a five-year base period and one, five-year option period for a total performance period of up to ten years. This is proposed to be a negotiated, FAR Part 15 effort. The proposed contract will be fixed price with economic price adjustment IAW FAR 16.203.

CONUS Gases and Cylinders

Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference

DLA Aviation is holding a CONUS Gases and Cylinders Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference on September 27, 2024, to address questions from industry regarding solicitation SPE4AX-24-R-0026, issued on September 6, 2024.

Interested parties are encouraged to register for the conference and submit solicitation-specific questions by September 20, 2024. DLA Aviation will review the questions and provide answers during the Pre-proposal Conference Q and A session.

The Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on September 27, 2024; a specific time will be provided prior to the event.

Pre-registration for attendance is REQUIRED. This is a no-fee event. Additional event details, including agenda, presentation documents, call-in access data will be provided once attendance is confirmed.

Companies must provide their response to the above POC no later than 5:00PM EDT on September 20, 2024, with the following:

1. Solicitation-specific questions regarding the Industrial Gas & Cylinder solicitation, SPE4AX-24-R-0026.

(2) Confirmation of attendance must include the following pre-registration information:
