DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) is considering a solicitation and subsequent Award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for course instruction in the Human Resources career fields. Any subsequently issued solicitation would likely be for a period of one base year with four, one-year option periods to be exercised at DLA’s discretion. This procurement would be solicited under NAICS code 611430 Professional and Management Development Training.
This procurement seeks to provide training and course materials to support the DLA Pathways to Career Excellence (PaCE) program in the Human Resources career field. DLA's current projected requirement is displayed in Attachment 2 to this posting, at this time approximately consisting of thirteen different Human Resources Training Classes (estimated annual ordering frequency is provided).
DCSO is requesting industry responses to this Request For Information (RFI) for the purpose of informing DLA’s acquisition planning for a potential subsequent solicitation (see Attachment 1 to this posting). Should any of the questions not apply please skip over that section.
DLA is not responsible for any proposal preparation costs a vendor might incur associated with preparing a response to this inquiry, nor is it under any obligation to publish a synopsis or solicitation relating to this inquiry.
