Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install a new American Marsh Model 14 LS-5 pump, 10” McCrommeter/Water Specialties flow meter, and WEG CFW11 VFD, as specified in this Request for Bids until 2:00 pm on April 2, 2025, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. An alternative to the specified equipment may be considered for approval as or equal, provided it meets the same specifications as the requested equipment. All work is to be performed at Dixon Well #1, located at 6661 Wilmington Hwy, Holly Ridge, NC 28445. This is an informal request for bids and the bids received will not be public until the project is awarded.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bid opportunities at ONWASA.

Special Requirements:

A mandatory site visit will be held at Dixon Well 1 on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 3:00 PM to allow prospective bidders to physically inspect the work location before submitting a proposal. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visit shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
