Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to include all materials, labor, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permits, inspections, site restoration, supervision and all else necessary to pull and inspect ONWASA’s Dixon Well #7 as specified in the Request for Bids until 2:00 pm on April 11, 2025, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is an informal request for bids and the bids received will not be public until the contract is awarded.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bid opportunities at ONWASA.

Qualifications:

A mandatory site visit will be held at 225 Randy’s Ave, Holly Ridge, NC 28445, Friday, April 04, 2025, at 1:00 pm to allow prospective bidders to physically inspect the work locations before submitting a proposal. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visits shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive. All questions from the site visit should be submitted no later than Wednesday, April 09, 2025.
