The Mercer County Department of Human Services (MCDHS), Division of Youth Services, is accepting proposals in six (6) service categories utilizing County and Youth Justice Commission (YJC) funds for a two-year period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. The below description outlines the six (6) available service categories. The funding allocation is contingent upon the availability of funding in the 2026 and 2027 Mercer County calendar year budgets. Funding will be made available in the following service categories:
