District Wide Vending Machine Services

Project Description: Saint Louis Public School (SLPS) is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed vendors to provide district-wide Vending Machine Services. Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to provide vending services for machines located outside of school cafeterias and other mutually agreed upon locations on District Property. The District currently maintains approximately 38 snack vending machines and 72 beverage vending machines in schools and administration buildings. Snack and beverage vending services will be combined under a single contract. The initial contract term will run from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with options to renew annually for up to three additional one-year periods.
