District-Wide Pest Control Services

Project Description: It is the Saint Louis Public School (SLPS) District’s desire to contract with a firm to provide Pest Control Services to manage and maintain a pest-free environment across all district facilities for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with options to renew two (2) one (1) year terms. The Service Provider must thoroughly review the sites, proposals, and contract forms for the proposed work. It is assumed that the Service Provider has conducted due diligence and is fully informed about the conditions to be encountered, as well as the character, quality, and quantity of work to be performed and materials to be supplied.
