BID PACKAGES 25-06/ 26-02– District-Wide Improvements 2026 (REBID)

L’Anse Creuse Public Schools is requesting bid proposals for renovations within the L’Anse Creuse District at

Carkenord Elementary, Higgins Elementary, Graham Elementary, Middle School Central, Middle School East,

and Pankow. Bid proposals must be received online through Building Connected or by mail no later than 11:00

AM on Friday, December 5, 2025. If by mail, to the attention of Patrick Ward at 24400 Frederick Pankow Blvd,

Clinton Township, MI 48036. Proposals shall be based on the requirements set forth in the Project Manual

dated October 29, 2025.

Bid Proposals will be publicly opened on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Larry F. Brender

Support Services Center at 24400 Frederick Pankow Blvd, Clinton Township, MI 48036 and evaluated by the

Owner, Barton Malow, and the design team. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the

indicated due date and time. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole

or in part. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in bidding and to accept bid

alternates. The Board also reserves the right to award a contract in any manner deemed by the Board, in

the Board’s sole discretion, to be in the Board’s best interest.

A pre-bid conference will be held virtually for those who cannot attend in-person, via MS TEAMS, on Monday,

December 01, 2025 at 11:00 am for all interested bidders. Bidders planning to attend the pre-bid conference

can join us at the the Larry F. Brender Support Services Center and the pre-bid walk-through will follow. For

Building Connected website on Friday, November 21, 2025.

Bidders are required to submit Bid Security (MCL 380.1267) by a qualified surety authorized to do business

in the State of Michigan and submit Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (MCL 129.311). Bid proposals shall

be accompanied by Familial Disclosure Form (MCL 380.1267) disclosing any familial relationship that exists

between the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of

the School District. Bid proposals that do not include this sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Form

shall not be accepted.
