Description
Project Description: Eanes Independent School District (EISD) is seeking proposals exclusively from vendors with qualifying cooperative contract awards for the replacement of its district-wide copy machine fleet. This project involves the purchase of multi-functional devices (MFDs)/copy machines as well as service and maintenance for the fleet across 18 district locations, including schools and administrative facilities. Vendors are also invited to provide offers for the purchase of the district’s existing fleet.
Note: Only vendors with current cooperative contracts that meet EISD’s procurement requirements are eligible to submit proposals.
