District Website Platform

The District is planning to replace our current Website Platform with a new one that provides a more modern look and approach to website management. We are looking for a CMS system that is flexible without requiring extensive coding. The system should interface easily with other common educational software platforms like Synergy, Tyler, and ParentSquare Parent Communications.

Due to the extent of our system, it is necessary to have automated dating, error detection, ADA compliance controls and broken link tagging. The system needs to be robust with responsive customer service and emergency outage response and an interface into the development of future platform enhancements.

The District maintains 4 District Level websites and 88 individual school sites. Each of these sites has its own branding requirements but must still be interconnected with the main TUSD1.org site. Events, Announcements, Photos and Videos are shared across various cross-sections of these sites regularly. The system also houses many html based Training Modules which are accessed from our Employee and Student Training Systems.
