Bid Opening Date: Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.

The date of availability for this contract is January 1, 2026

The completion date for this contract is December 31, 2026

THE PROPOSAL WITH THE ITEMIZED PROPOSAL SHEET ATTACHED SHALL BE

PLACED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE AND SHALL BE DELIVERED TO AND RECEIVED IN

THE NCDOT DIVISION OFFICE, LOCATED AT 121 DOT Drive Carthage, NC 28327, BY 2:00

P.M. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2025.

The sealed bid must display the following statement on the front of the sealed envelope:

The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil

issued pursuant to such act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract
