ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at ITD Office at 206
N. Yellowstone Hwy, Rigby, Idaho 83442 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 for
DPW Project 20571 (Re-Bid), District 6 Rigby Sewer Line, Idaho Transportation Department, Rigby,
Idaho.
The project is located at 206 N Yellowstone Hwy, Rigby, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include construction of a private sewer
collection system including manholes, 4-inch gravity sewer piping, 1-1/2-inch pressure sewer piping, and a
packaged lift station with associated electrical connection. The work also includes regrading a portion of
paved area to improve stormwater drainage, and abandonment in place or removal of existing septic tanks.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, April 11, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the Idaho Transportation Department, District 6 Office at 206 N. Yellowstone Hwy, Rigby,
Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Architect (Engineer) for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
