Project Description: The project involves selecting a qualified real estate brokerage firm to manage and market a portfolio of vacant and distressed properties owned by St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS). SLPS reserves the right to select more than one firm. The broker(s) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, identifying and engaging potential buyers, coordinating property showings, and facilitating the sale or lease of properties. The firm must demonstrate expertise in real estate transactions, including working with redevelopment agencies and leveraging financial incentives. The agreement will ensure an accelerated sales timeline of three to six months, with commissions based on successful transactions and final decisions resting with St. Louis Public Schools.
