NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Department on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Ave Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase of the following:

Disposal of Toxics Facility Transport and Disposal Services

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, March 25, 2025

At which time and place proposals will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to be attend the virtual proposal opening via Zoom. Late proposals will not be considered.

The Whatcom County Health and Community Services Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms for transportation and disposal of moderate risk waste from the Disposal of Toxics Facility located in Bellingham, Washington.
